Bigg Boss 10 October episode started with Day 9's Bigg Boss anthem. Housemates were seen singing the anthem. Gori and Archana were fighting for throwing away the remaining breakfast. Srijita was seen telling Manya that everyone, who has reached Bigg Boss house, is here with their hard work.
On the other side, Shalin and Tina were seen talking about love angles in the house between Gautam - Saudarya, Shalin - Sumbul, and her.
Archana and Shalin were seen fighting for the chicken. Archana blamed Shalin that he is faking his illness for chicken. During this fight, Gori told Manya that Shalin is very rude and full of arrogant. Archana called Gautam, Srijita, and Nimrit pets of Shalin.
Shekhar Suman interviewed Priyanka
Shekhar first asked Priyanka about Gautam's flirting with girls in the house. Priyanka replied that Gautam has almost flirted with every girl in the house. First, he was with Tina, then Manya, and now with Nimrit and Saundarya.
Shekhar asked Priyanka about the Jagatmata tag given to her. Priyanka replied that Gautam had given her this tag for supporting Manya. Priyanka also blamed Nimrit for interfering in others' issues. Nimrit advised Priyanka not to get personal.
Shekhar also called Ankit in this chat and asked Ankit for his silence in the Bigg Boss house. Ankit replied that he has suffered a lot in his life and has seen many odd things in his life. So he was not interested in fighting for small issues.
New Captain of Bigg Boss House
Bigg Boss called all the housemates in the living area and make them see the house's condition. Bigg Boss also pointed to Nimrit's mistakes as a captain in the house. Chocolates in the captain's room were only for the captain but Nimrit gave them to her group members.
Bigg Boss dismissed Nimrit from the captaincy with immediate effect and announced the task for the new captain. The task is to stand holding the basket over their head. Housemates can put things in the basket and the longest survivor would be the captain of the house.
Gautam and Shiv were able to hit the gong and they were selected for the captaincy task. Both started the task with baskets on their heads and housemates started putting different things in the basket.
During the task, Archana was pushed by Shalin and they started fighting for that. Gori and MC Stain told that Shalin was wrong in this situation. Sajid Khan also took a stand for Archana and removed his mike.
Nimrit disqualified Shiv and Gautam was declared the new captain of the house. Shiv was not happy with the decision and he told Nimrit that she was unfair as a moderator to make the captain from her group member.
Shalin told Archana that he has not pushed her intentionally. Shalin and Sajid were seen fighting here.
Bigg Boss ordered Gautam to take a proper decision on this issue by consulting with other members of the house. Shalin was very angry during this time and removed his mike. Shalin was also seen breaking the house rule of smoking in the garden area.
Bigg Boss asked Gautam for his decision. Gautam found Shalin guilty in this matter. Bigg Boss told that they have seen the footage and Shalin has not done this purposefully. But as the captain of the house, Gautam found him guilty. So Bigg Boss gave punishment to Shalin.
As per punishment, Shalin can never be the captain of the house during the whole season and also got nominated for 2 weeks. Shalin was not happy and was very angry.
Sajid talked with Bigg Boss in the confession room and after that, he went to say sorry to Shalin but Shalin refused to talk with him and told him to go from there.
